Andre LeFort - HeAD COACH

THE BUILDER OF CHAMPIONS.

I am a lifelong competitor who understands that talent is nothing without direction.

I grew up on the track and on the pitch. I know the feeling of the starting gun, the exhaustion of the final lap, and the pressure to perform. My passion isn't just "training"; it is helping young athletes experience the breakthrough moments that sports gave me.

My Approach: Heart, Head, and Habits

  • The Athlete First: As a competitive distance runner, I lived the grind. I know that performance isn't just physical: it's mental. I don't ask your athlete to do anything I haven't done myself. I teach them to embrace the work, respect the process, and find joy in the pursuit of their personal best.

  • The Modern Coach: Youth sports today is confusing. There is too much noise and not enough truth. I cut through the hype to focus on what actually translates to the next level: Speed, Resilience, and Game Intelligence. I don't just run drills; I build players who understand the game.

  • The Professional Standard: Before founding Alta Pursuit, I spent 20 years in executive leadership. Why does that matter to you? Because I treat your child's development with professional rigour. No cancelled sessions, no vague feedback, and no guessing. I bring a level of organization and planning that is missing in youth sports.

My Commitment I believe that sports are the best classroom for life. When your child joins Alta Pursuit, they aren't just getting a trainer; they are getting a mentor dedicated to seeing them win, on the scoreboard and in life.

My Commitment

Alta Pursuit is the result of that passion: a brand dedicated to providing the foundational mental framework that creates Tier One results.

I believe in building a system so strong, success becomes the only logical outcome.
